We are happy to announce that we are beginning to offer weekend phone support. From Friday at 5pm until Monday morning at 9, your calls will be redirected to A.J.’s cell phone and he can assist you with any questions or concerns. If you have a logo that you need Monday morning, we can make sure it is in the system and have it scheduled to deliver. If you have questions about billing, need a quick quote, or just want more information about us, you don’t need to wait until Monday. Logo conversions needed during the weekend will need to be assessed on a case to case basis. If it’s at all possible to do the job, we’ll get it done. If for some reason he doesn’t answer, please leave a message and someone will get back to you asap. These are the tiny changes we are able to implement that make working with us even easier. Your name and address was given to me by brickpavers in Florida. We need to have 5 custom logos done by Monday to submit to them.
They want vector format extension CDE,PLT, EFS or AL
flat back and white at 300dpi.
I can download and send to you if you tell me step by step what to do.
