Here at Viking Arts, you don’t need to pay for an image before you receive it. We’re looking to build a relationship with our customers and give them the opportunity to make sure our work satisfies their needs and receives their end customer’s approval. This is why our billing is done every Tuesday for the prior week’s work. This way you’ll have time to make sure everything is in check before you begin your final output… whatever that may be. The easiest way to set up an account with us is to fill out our Credit Card Authorization form and fax it toll-free to 866-936-6470. Your card will be billed on Tuesdays if you have done any work the prior week and paid in full invoices are emailed out. If for some reason your card doesn’t go through, we’ll generally follow up by email to let you know.

We’re also happy to announce that, if you prefer, a PayPal invoice can be emailed to you every Tuesday. Many consider PayPal to be fast, safe, and easy way to pay their vendors. And, if you’d prefer to pay for every logo as you go, you can use the handy PayPal box located on the right hand side of this very website. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one at www.paypal.com.
